Global Traffic Network sponsors Production 08
Global Traffic Network UK is teaming up with the Radio Academy to sponsor its Production 08 event at London’s IndigO2.
Hosted by Christian O’Connell, Production 08 is a day of workshops, debates and interviews focusing on making stations and programmes sound better, connect better with listeners and expand onto other platforms.
Global Traffic Network specialises in providing top-quality traffic and travel reports to radio stations (for free in return for an embedded 10” advertising message) and Head of Radio Anthony Rudd says that being associated with Production 08 is a great fit: “Production 08 is all about returning to making great radio and that’s what Global Traffic Network is all about as well. We concentrate on doing one part of radio really, really well, and creating a fantastic business deal with the station or group. We use aircraft and top-quality sensor data to gather the best information, and broadcast it using great, experienced reporters.
